Welcome back for the new semester!

The Lunchbox Lending Machine inside the Canteen has been relocated next to the Hahal Food Counter. You can now borrow a reusable lunchbox for your takeaway food orders on campus, helping to reduce plastic waste!

How it works:

• Deposit a refundable $20 using your Octopus card at the borrowing machine.
• No need to wash the lunchbox when returning — simply return it to the returning machine inside the canteen, and your $20 deposit will be refunded to your Octopus card.

Special Promotion:

You are invited to visit our promotional booth outside the canteen from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, 14 to 16 September 2026. Anyone who borrows a lunchbox for their takeaway order during this period will receive a special gift — while stocks last! Don’t miss it!

設於飯堂內的借用餐盒機現已搬遷至清真櫃檯旁。您可以借用可重用餐盒，盛載校園內外賣的食物，為減少塑膠廢物出一分力！

操作方式：

•使用你的八達通卡支付可退還的$20按金。

• 歸還時無需清洗餐盒，只需將餐盒放回Canteen內的歸還機 ，按金將退還至你的八達通卡。

特別推廣:
為慶祝餐盒借用計劃的重新啟動，本處將於2026年9月14日至16日在飯堂外設置推廣攤位, 時間為上午11:30至下午2:30。期間借用餐盒盛載外賣的用戶將獲贈精美禮品一份，數量有限，送完即止！萬勿錯過！
