A Story of Care & Dedication

The Estate Office (EO) team is professionally trained and dedicated to handling various emergencies and incidents on campus.

On January 14th of this year, a colleague fell and was injured in the stairwell of the Block E indoor swimming pool due to dizziness. The Sports Attendants on site immediately demonstrated their professional skills, conducting an initial assessment and providing first aid, and remained on standby until paramedics took over. In early March, we received a thank-you letter from that colleague, expressing sincere gratitude to the sports attendants who assisted at the scene.

For EO, ​​this letter is an affirmation of our dedicated, responsible and well-trained EO team members. Whether it's facility maintenance or emergency support, our EO team always remains vigilant, providing the most reliable protection when necessary.
