To celebrate World Environment Day (June 5) and the 40th Anniversary of the Environmental Protection Department (EPD), EPD is launching a one-week publicity campaign, the “Beautiful Hong Kong Green Fest”, from 1 to 7 June 2026. The campaign aims to enhance public environmental awareness through four key pillars: “Beautiful Hong Kong”, “Public Participation”, “Waste Reduction and Recycling” and “Green Technology”.
