On April 1, 2025, ELE kicked off its first Advancing Careers with Care session, starting strong with an Appraisal & Promotion Workshop designed for early career researchers. The session aimed to guide colleagues through EdUHK’s appraisal and promotion journey.
Dr. Ju Seong Lee shared strategies for writing impactful self-assessment reports. Prof. Angel Lin offered insider tips and clarified what promotion committees look for. Mr. Chris Yau explained the HRO's key criteria and official guidelines.
