According to the Ranking Web of Universities (which listed 28,000 universities), Professor Wong Ming-hung, Advisor (Environmental Science) at the Department of Science and Environmental Studies, The Education University of Hong Kong, was among the 3,160 Highly Cited Researchers of all disciplines (as of October 2018) around the world, based on frequencies (with H-index higher than 100, indicating over 100 papers are cited at least 100 times each) in the Google Scholar Citations database.
