to conduct a good professional discussion.
When watching the video try to focus not only
on the detail of what they are saying, also pay
attention to the:
- physical setting as a suitable environment
for the discussion;
- indications of mutual
respect of each other as professionals;
- atmosphere and tone of the conversation;
- flow of the discussion, and the extent to
which all participants are able to contribute
to the flow;
- communication skills displayed by each participant
in expressing their points.
