陸德泉博士，現任港專學院應用社科科學系副教授，雲南大學客座教授。前浸會大學社會學系副教授、樂施會研究發展中心主任。曾多年帶領學生以服務學習方式參與貴州苗族村寨扶貧發展工作、關注世貿組織香港部長級會議，并協助雲南大學推動服務學習與社會工作教育的結合，推動中國西南服務學習支持網絡的發展。
