My research examines how digital language learning can be designed and sustained to meet learners’ and teachers’ everyday needs, support positive learning habits, and contribute to long‑term educational and community development.

Computer‑Assisted Language Learning (CALL)

• Identifying students’ and teachers’ needs in digitally mediated language classrooms
• Designing human‑centered CALL and AI‑supported programs that enhance engagement, communication, and teaching practice
• Evaluating classroom‑ready CALL interventions with attention to learning experience and instructional feasibility

Informal Digital Learning of English (IDLE)

• Developing an ecological IDLE model integrating affective, psychological, motivational, digital, and environmental factors
• Generating robust evidence through longitudinal, intervention‑based, and mixed‑methods research
• Examining the generalizability of IDLE models across regions and learning contexts
