Forty-one scholars of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) were named among the top 2% most-cited scientists in the world, in the latest annual rankings published by Stanford University.
Among them, six scholars were from the Department of Early Childhood Education at EdUHK, listed in alphabetical order by surname: Prof Chung Kevin Kien Hoa, Dr Lau Yi Hung Eva, Prof Lee Kerry, Prof Li Hui Philip, Dr Li Jianbin and Dr Yang Weipeng.
Compiled by a research team at Stanford University, the rankings list top scientists from a wide range of fields, based on their career-long citation impact and single-year citation impact in 2023.
