* Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time doctoral student status, valid date) to CTE2020 Secretariat at cte2020@eduhk.hk. You will be charged at regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.

NOTES:

  1. All fees are in HK dollars and non-refundable.
  2. At least ONE author of accepted paper should complete the registration by 5 June, 2020 05:00pm (UTC +8) to ensure your paper can be included in conference proceedings. One author can register for at most THREE papers of CTE2020.
  3. Conference fee covers (i) a conference bag, (ii) a name tag, (iii) a programme book, (iv) a USB with conference proceedings, (v) a networking dinner on 19 Aug, (vi) three luncheons on 19-21 Aug, and (vii) break refreshments on 19-21 Aug.
  4. Participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the registration fee is received.

Local School Participants

Local primary/ secondary school principals and teachers are welcome to attend the conference for free on a first-come-first-served basis. Participants from the same school should submit only one form with principal’s endorsement. Please register online by 5 June, 2020 05:00pm (UTC +8).
