Registration

Please make sure you have paid the registration fee in HK Dollars by telegraphic transfer (TT) and have a scanned copy (jpg/pdf format) of the TT receipt ready before filling out the below registration details

• General Information

  a. All fees are in HK dollars and non-refundable.

  b. For authors of conference papers: At least one author for every accepted paper is required to register by 5 June, 2020 5:00pm (HKT) for papers to be published in the proceedings of the Conference. The upper limit of paper presentation that one author can conduct in CTE2020 is THREE. The author needs to pay only one registration fee for the three papers s/he is going to present. Late registrations are welcome but your paper will not be included in the proceedings of the Conference. You are highly recommended to make the Early Bird Registration by 5 June, 2020 5:00pm (HKT) to enjoy a special registration fee.

  c. For participants at “Student” status: Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time doctoral student status, valid date) to CTE2020 Secretariat at cte2020@eduhk.hk. The Conference will charge you registration fee at the regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.
