* Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time doctoral student status, valid date) to CTE2019 Secretariat at cte2019@eduhk.hk. You will be charged at regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.

NOTES:

  1. All fees are in HK dollars and non-refundable.
  2. At least ONE author of accepted paper should complete the registration by April 12, 2019 5:00pm (HKT) to ensure your paper can be included in conference proceedings. One author can register for at most THREE papers of CTE2019.
  3. Conference fee covers (i) conference bag, (ii) conference badge, (iii) programme book, (iv) USB with conference proceedings, (v) networking dinner on June 13, (vi) luncheons on June 13-15, and (vii) break refreshments on June 13-15.
  4. Participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the registration fee is received.

Local School Participants

Local primary/ secondary school principals and teachers are welcome to attend the conference for free on a first-come-first-served basis. Participants from the same school should submit only one form with principal’s endorsement. Please register online by June 1, 2019.
