All submissions will be reviewed anonymously by at least three International Programme Committee (IPC) Members and the Track Chairs.

Submission via EasyChair

Please submit your manuscript via EasyChair# for CTE2019 as a single MS Word file that is editable for Secretariat’s format check. Please include authors’ names, affiliations and email addresses in the file.

After checking the format and paper length, Secretariat will upload the manuscript with authors’ identities removed in PDF format for IPC review.

Manuscript Format

Before submitting your manuscript, please give your manuscript file a final read-through to ensure it fulfills the standard format and paper-length required by CTE2019.

  • Language: English or Chinese*
  • Paper length (including references): Full paper - 5 to 6 pages; Short paper - 3 to 4 pages; Poster - 2 pages.
  • Paper format: Please download the guidelines and templates for your reference and use. ( [Chinese][English] )

*For Chinese papers, please include a new page with English title, abstract and keywords after the reference page.
