Design and flow of the project

Service Leadership 3Cs for Entrepreneurial Teacher Leaders is a leadership learning project
designed to train school leaders to develop and accomplish innovative initiatives in schools.
The project provides a comprehensive study of current theories and applied research in middle
leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurialism. It reveals practices and principles of
organisational restructuring, organisational development and innovation and suggests strategies
for supporting entrepreneurialism in educational organisations (edupreneurialism).
The project team gives you a head start on preparing yourself to become a capable middle leader
in schools and be equipped with edupreneurial skills in leading a team. It includes a total of nine
sessions made up of workshops, consultation sessions and participant presentations across the
academic year. All nine sessions aim to help you cope with the school’s annual operation cycle and
help middle leaders to implement their goals and/or help address the school’s major concerns.
