Entrepreneurial school assessment

               Concept explanation

Teacher entrepreneurialism cultivates a teacher's innovative learning orientation. During this
transition, teachers have grown from participating in an innovative idea to initiating a brand-new
idea. Peer teachers can learn new competencies and skills by implementing innovative ideas,
including those flowing from entrepreneurial teachers'. They then have more confidence
in starting their own new curriculum or project (Ho et al. 2020). These new ideas can help
students and teachers with different needs.

                Our recommendation

We understand the challenge that schools are now facing. Therefore, we now propose a relatively
simple problem-solving structure (Kirham et al., 2011) –
                   Definition
Spending more time finding root causes, understanding how problems are
                   constructed and interrelated.

                   Discovery
Making an effort to look as widely and as imaginatively as possible for ideas that
we can engineer into creative possibilities.

                   Determination
Using sound judgement to foresee the likely consequences, turning possibilities
                   into probabilities.

Activity 3 – Generating innovative solutions

Review your school major concerns and respond to the following questions.

1 Definition is all about preparation. According to the government policy and
school position, do you know the school development direction?
Where do your school want to be?
