Concept explanation
Caring is the key to trust and job satisfaction
Care is an essential quality for a teacher to become a great leader. Caring is important because
it shows a concern for the common good and is necessary for genuine team collaboration.
Care connects students, peers, and the school. It involves raising the level of empathy you have
for others, not being selfish and helping others fulfil their needs (Chung & Elfasy 2016).
