Entrepreneurial school assessment

               Concept explanation

Teacher Entrepreneurialism Behaviour (TEB) acts as teachers’ enactment of a series of
competencies and attributes that enable them to seize innovation opportunities and scaling-up
         innovation in schools.

                           Coordination
General leaders have capabilities in school-based curriculum development,
demonstrate reasonable management skills and establish monitoring systems in
school policy and curriculum development. On top of these qualities,
entrepreneurial leaders have clear long-term goals for school policy and
curriculum development. They use self-evaluation and consensus-seeking
methods to make active contributions to school policy and school-based
                           curriculum development.

                           Proactiveness
Entrepreneurial leaders not only address concrete opinions in line with their
values; they also facilitate the renewal of knowledge based on current curriculum
expectations and new education ideas. They aim to make a meaningful
contribution to school policy and school-based curriculum planning.
