EdUHK Welcomes New Students

The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) welcomed more than 1,500 new students to its Bachelor’s degree and other programmes at a welcome reception today (30 August).

 

This is in addition to 750 non-local postgraduate and exchange students from different parts of the world including Australia, Belgium, Canada, mainland China, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the US, among others.

 

Welcoming the new students, President Professor Stephen Cheung Yan-leung said, “For the next few years, the University will be your second home, where you will grow academically and personally through a variety of formal and non-formal learning activities, which will take place both locally and abroad. I hope you can make the most of your studies at EdUHK and explore the many learning opportunities made available for you.”
