A Visit to Catholic Mission School

To deepen both local and non-local students’ understanding of Hong Kong’s primary education system and the role of primary school teachers in Hong Kong, Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Sociology and Community Studies and Bachelor of Education (Honours) (Primary Humanities) Programme organized a visit to Catholic Mission School on 30 March 2026.

Students are exposed to the school’s innovative academic curriculum and gain first-hand experience of how teachers teach and how students learn in real classroom settings. Further discussions and dialogue with the school principal and teachers provide our future educators with deeper insights for their professional planning and enrich their vocation as teachers.
