We highlight a multi-dimensional and dynamic mode of development by blending research, teaching, knowledge transfer, and community engagement together.
We consider special/inclusive education and counselling as a holistic system, and all stakeholders are important components of it. We endeavour to coordinate and collaborate with all other stakeholders locally, regionally and internationally, to make the system positive and vibrant.
