We are delighted to share that six EdUHK scholars, including Dr Wang Hui of the SEC Department, have been awarded funding under the Overseas Research Fellowship Scheme (ORFS) of the Research Grants Council (RGC) for the 2026/27 academic year.
The Scheme supports Hong Kong scholars to engage in immersive international collaboration and professional training at leading overseas universities and research institutions. It aims to broaden global perspectives of the local academics, deepen cross-regional research exchange, enhance the international visibility and impact of Hong Kong’s higher education and research sector.
The EdUHK awardees stand out for their strong interdisciplinary expertise and track record of academic excellence. This funding will support our colleagues as they explore forward-looking research, engage in cross-disciplinary global exchanges, and push the boundaries of academic innovation.
