The Voluntary Student Dental Plan 2023/24 is now open for enrollment starting from 1 August 2023.  The followings are highlights of the Plan:

• There are a total of 5 off-campus dental clinics available, with 1 located in Tai Po Centre (Location List).
• Membership Period: one year lasting from 1 September 2023 – 31 August 2024.
• Annual fee: HK$185 for UGC-funded students; HK$390 for other students
• Offer unlimited number of services covered by the Plan, except scaling and polishing. 

Enrollment

• Enrollment is on voluntary basis. Students can decide whether or not to join the Voluntary Dental Plan
• Download and complete the attached application form (UGC-funded student: here, Other student: here)
• Submit the application documents (duly completed Application Form, Copy of Student ID card and banked-in slip/cheque) to the service provider directly by Post or Email
• The service provider will notify you of the effective date of the membership through SMS, which normally takes 14 working days upon receiving the application. Please note that it may take a longer time for the service provider to process applications submitted in September and October.
• After successful enrollment, student may call the booking hotline for appointment booking
