Activity 2: Personality Dimensions®Assessment Workshop

Would you like to gain a deeper understanding of your own personality, values, strengths, potential challenges and sources of stress, as well as those of others?

Personality Dimensions® is a professional personality assessment tool originating from Canada and developed by Career/LifeSkills Resources Inc. Drawing on research-based insights and practical experience, it uses colours, symbols, and concise descriptors to represent four distinct personality types. The tool helps participants develop a deeper understanding of their own personality while also gaining insight into the behavioural patterns and motivations of others.

This workshop will introduce you to four personality types and their corresponding leadership styles, helping you to enhance your self-understanding, teamwork and communication skills.

Highlights of the Workshop:

  • Enhance Self-Awareness: Identify your personality traits, communication styles, and behavioural patterns, helping you develop greater self-awareness and personal insight.
  • Strengthen Communication and Teamwork Skills: Understand the characteristics and needs of different personality types and develop effective communication strategies to foster collaboration and build positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Leverage Personal Strengths and Leadership Potential: Identify your strengths and areas for growth, and learn how to apply your unique personality traits to enhance problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and leadership effectiveness.
