Recruitment of Men’s & Women’s Rowing Team Coach (Free-lance)
I. Introduction
This position is for Men’s & Women’s Rowing Team Coach (Part-time), reporting to the Sports Development Section of the Student Affairs Office (SAO).
II. Recruitment Details
The coach is required to:
- Coordinate, design, and implement training programmes for the Men’s & Women’s Rowing Team at EdUHK.
- Effectively integrate scientific and other athlete support services into training programmes to enhance overall training outcomes.
- Assist with and coordinate administrative and logistical arrangements, and mentor student-athletes to develop leadership skills.
- Accompany the teams to competitions and provide coaching support.

III. Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Hold a valid, related and recognised coaching qualification, or be a qualified local school PE teacher with relevant coaching experience.
- Have professional coaching experience in the relevant sport, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be responsible and reliable to manage the Team’s performance.
