Local Cultural Tour: Lantau Island

Exchange students and their buddies visited Lantau Island on 11 January 2025. Students visited the impressive Big Buddha, a symbol of peace and enlightenment, and enjoyed a peaceful walk along the Wisdom Path. They also visited Tai O fishing village, a charming and historic settlement known for its stilt houses, traditional fishing practices, and vibrant waterfront atmosphere. These experiences provided the exchange students with a deeper understanding of Hong Kong’s spiritual traditions, local culture, and scenic landscapes.
