ELE Showcases International Engagement at KoreaTESOL 2026
On 16–17 May 2026, colleagues and students from the Department of English Language Education (ELE) took part in the KoreaTESOL International Conference in Seoul, South Korea, themed “Criticality, Innovation, and Compassion: Rethinking Language Education in Times of Change.” Dr Mik Fanguy, Dr Ju Seong Lee, 4 RPg students, 4 EdD students, and 1 Research Assistant from ELE presented their work, while Prof. Angel Ma from LML also presented at the conference as a representative of HAAL.
The conference provided a valuable opportunity for professional growth, scholarly exchange, and international networking. It also reflected ELE’s ongoing commitment to supporting graduate students’ academic development and to strengthening the international visibility of ELE, FHM, and EdUHK in Korea and beyond.
