Brief Introduction
In this seminar, Dr. Zhu will examine hybrid work as an “organizing suspender” that may disrupt information flow and reduce the integration of efforts within organizations. Drawing on a unique dataset combining quantitative and qualitative evidence, the study offers new insights into the organizational implications of hybrid work and the role of physical distance among colleagues.
