Biography Dr Henry Ho obtained his PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from City University of Hong Kong and completed his postdoctoral training at The University of Hong Kong. He is a chartered psychologist (BPS) and a registered psychologist (HKPS). His current research aims to examine the impact of psychological capital on work performance and well-being. He also received funding from the Equal Opportunities Commission to examine stigmatization and discrimination of persons with mental illness in the workplace. The Rising Star Designation was bestowed to him by APS in 2019, in recognition of his early-career accomplishments.
