Event Highlights: M+ Museum Visit
On 1 April 2026, MIT organised a Curator-led General Tour of the M+ Museum for Master Programme students, offering them a unique and inspiring cultural learning experience. Led by a professional curator, the tour introduced students to the architectural highlights of the iconic M+ building and featured key works from its galleries, inviting students to engage closely with the collection and develop a deeper appreciation of visual culture.
More than just a museum visit, the activity served as a valuable opportunity to broaden students’ understanding of Hong Kong’s rich artistic and cultural landscape. It also significantly strengthened the connection between the Department and students, fostering a stronger sense of belonging and community. Through this meaningful shared experience, the tour not only enriched students’ perspectives but also laid the foundation for future interaction and collaboration.
