Math Education Alumni Association organized an insightful career talk for our preservice teachers
Last Friday, on 6th February, 2026, the Math Education Alumni Association organized an insightful career talk for our preservice teachers. The event featured valuable sharing from Principal Yuen, Miss Ng, and Miss Lin, who offered their personal experiences and practical advice on how to prepare for applying to teaching positions. Each speaker provided unique perspectives on the job hunting process, covering topics such as resume building, interview tips, and professional development. There were a total of 43 participants in the event. The audience gained many useful insights and tips, which will undoubtedly help them in their future careers as educators. Many participants tended not to leave immediately after the session, as they wished to ask questions and seek further advice from the speakers individually. The session was both informative and inspiring, fostering confidence and motivation among the aspiring teachers.
