(3) Collaborating with the community
  To achieve the goal, the Institute will:-
  - continue to work in collaboration and partnership with the education community for the mutual benefit of both parties towards the improvement of schooling and teacher education;
  - continue to provide leadership in a number of strategic areas to serve the needs of schools and teachers; and
  - strengthen our communication with the professional community and the public, in order to respond to identified needs and concerns.
