Strategic Areas
To accomplish our goals, we have identified four strategic areas that will be addressed over the next six years:

(1) Fostering our students' professional excellence
  To achieve the goal, the Institute will:-
  - provide our students with a high quality education to prepare them as professionals, serving in all types of schools and other work settings;
  - support them in their professional development and lifelong learning; and

  - improve the quality of education in the community through advancing educational research and its application to the practice of education;
  - specifically focus on scholarly activities that seek to improve teaching and learning both within the Institute and in schools;
