Dr Tang responded, "A teacher is a co-learner, facilitator rather than a quality controller. She has to be psychologically prepared and look forward to discover "wonder" when she faces her students, both within and outside the classroom." Perhaps this answer sums up his ideal for education and how he views the role of educators.
