HKIEd Joy of Learning No.2, 2005

阿濃:「我相信『善言不滅』，教師不要放過任何教導學生的機會。只要真心誠意，教師一定不會覺得教育沒有意義。」
香港教師正受縮班和超額教師等問題困擾，阿濃對教師的前途有以下看法。

「人生的挫折重重，正如梁啟超所說:『小逆後有小順，大逆後有大順。』逆境令人變得更加成熟。我奉勸各位教師，遇上困擾時要多尋求支援，多向同事、朋友傾訴，而我的方法，就是跟學生做朋友 － 他們以誠相待，我從他們那裏得到的安慰和勉勵，勝過任何靈丹妙葯。面對教室內滿座的小天使，不妨多加了解和關心，他們將會帶給你意想不到的滿足和快樂。」

雖然在加拿大退休生活愜意，阿濃仍然積極創作。他喜歡跟年青人交往，聆聽他們的故事，分享他們的人生經驗，一顆活躍的教育心將繼續在他的創作路上綻放異彩。
