阿濃:「要推行全納教育，就要為學校和教師提供更多支援。」

作為一位資深教育工作者，阿濃曾於主流及特殊學校任教，他的經驗很值得今天香港的教育借鑑。

「每一個特殊學校的學生對教師都是極大的挑戰。對付一些背景複雜的學生，單純的懲罰制度並不奏效；教師必須受過專業訓練，而且對學生要付出無比耐性與愛心。在我工作過的特殊學校，當時每班只有約十二人，而全校則有兩位社工專責跟進一些棘手個案。如果支援不足，那些問題學生會在主流學校裏構成很大滋擾，沒有受過有關訓練的教師將會手足無措。」

阿濃又提到他在一所中學任教時遇到的一群弱聽學生。由於他們的聽力比較差，說話往往會不自覺地提高聲量；連進入圖書館，他們也會使勁敲門，讓其他使用者受驚。要推行全納教育，阿濃認為無論是教師或學生都需要一段適應期，期間各方面都需要支援和訓練，才能協調在新環境中的生活。
