Professor Leung Chi Hung, Co-Director of I-WELL, was invited by Y-LOT to participate in the "Hong Kong-Wuxi Technology and Innovation Exchange Delegation" from April 17 to 19, traveling to Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province for technological exchanges. Wuxi has long been committed to promoting the transformation, implementation, and commercialization of technology. During this visit, Professor Leung shared with the delegation and Wuxi representatives I-WELL’s projects related to AI and scientific research, fostering mutual learning and exploring opportunities for development and collaboration.
On April 18, Professor Leung attended the "2025 Hong Kong-Wuxi Technology and Innovation Cooperation Symposium," where numerous experts and scholars presented the latest advancements in popular fields such as AI and computer vision, driving knowledge transfer between Hong Kong and Wuxi. In addition, during visits to national industrial bases, research institutes, and technology innovation enterprises, he engaged in discussions with local government officials, representatives from economic development zones, industry leaders, and investors.
I-WELL has always welcomed exchanges and collaborations with local, overseas, and mainland partners. In recent years, Wuxi has actively aligned with the Greater Bay Area, supporting technological innovation and development, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and smart robotics. Looking ahead, I-WELL aims to inject new momentum into Hong Kong-Wuxi cooperation.
