[Participate and receive a $50 supermarket coupon] Enhancing Personal Growth and Professional Development Among Current and Future Guidance Practitioners in Educational Settings

You are invited to participate in a research study titled “Enhancing Personal Growth and Professional Development Among Current and Future Guidance Practitioners in Educational Settings”, a project led by Dr. Su Xuebing, Sabrina from the Department of Social Sciences and Policy Studies, The Education University of Hong Kong.

The study aims to understand factors influencing the well-being and professional development of school guidance practitioners, including the potential use of generative AI in career guidance.

We are seeking Current Guidance Practitioners (e.g., psychologist, social workers, guidance teacher, Counselors) or Future Guidance Practitioners (e.g., students in related fields and intending to work in this field after graduation) who can read and write in Chinese.

About the survey:
·    Format: Conducted online.
·    Language: Chinese
·    Duration: Takes about 20-30 minutes.
·    Content: Topics cover several key areas, including your professional background, views on generative AI, well-being, and professional development needs.
·   Incentive: After completion, you will receive a HK$50 supermarket coupon as a token of thanks. Please remember to leave a contact method (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, or Email) in the final section of the survey so we can arrange to collect the coupon.

This project has successfully obtained the ethics approval from the Human Research Ethics Committee of EdUHK (Ref. no.2024-2025-0101)
