* Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time status, and valid date) to ICLT2020 Conference Secretariat at iclt2020@eduhk.hk. You will be charged at regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.
REMARKS:
The registration fee of EdUHK students, including paper presenters and participants, will be waived.
The registration fee of EdUHK participants (not including paper presenters) will be waived.
NOTES:
- All fees are in US dollars or HK dollars and non-refundable.
- At least ONE author of the accepted abstract(s) should complete the registration to ensure your abstract(s) can be included in conference booklet. One author can register for at most THREE abstracts.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
Local School Participants
Local early childhood education/ primary/ secondary/ international school principals and teachers are welcome to attend the conference for free. Participants from the same school should submit one form with principal’s endorsement.
