About ICLT2020

The Conference (ICLT2020) is organised by the Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology (LTTC), and will be held completely online from 2 to 4 December 2020. It will provide an interactive platform for academics, researchers, practitioners and professionals in the education sector to share innovative learning and teaching approaches in higher education, and exchange of good practices in learning and teaching in school education.

The theme of the Conference is “Learning and Teaching in the 21st Century”, which will comprise keynote speeches, symposium, doctoral consortium, and paper and poster presentations. The ICLT2020 welcomes submission of abstracts based on 4 main conference strands: (1) STEM Education, (2) Teacher Education and Development, (3) Interdisciplinary Studies focus on Education for Sustainable Development and (4) Learning and Teaching in the 21st Century.

STEM Education

  • STEM Education in Higher Education;
  • STEM Education at different School Levels (Secondary Schools, Primary Schools and Early Childhood Education); and
  • Any other topics related to STEM Education

Teacher Education and Development

  • In-service Teachers’ and Pre-service Teachers’ Education and Development;
  • Pedagogy in Teacher Education and Development; and
  • Any other topics related to Teacher Education and Development

Interdisciplinary Studies Focus on Education for Sustainable Development

  • Interdisciplinary Studies focus on Education for Sustainable Development in Higher Education;
  • Interdisciplinary Studies focus on Education for Sustainable Development at School Levels (Secondary Schools, Primary Schools and Early Childhood Education); and
  • Any other topics related to Interdisciplinary Studies focus on Education for Sustainable Development

Learning and Teaching in the 21st Century

  • e-Learning and Digital Competency;
  • Assessment and Outcome-based Learning in Higher Education; and
