Have you ever seen Edward Hopper’s famous painting “Nighthawks”? It’s cinematic and dramatic but this painting is darker in subject than you may think. It’s a deeply introspective critique at what modernity can create in our lives. Modern Art defies our “normative” labels and gets into hard emotive subjects. Modern Artists show us ways that modernity changes our lives. This workshop is a speaking and deep discussion class about what our modern world can make and how it affects our lives. Here, we’ll chat about topics that matter and change some ways we see the world.
