Dear Colleagues,

The trial run of the Vehicle Licence Plate Recognition System had been completed in late January.  By now most registered staff vehicles could enjoy automatic entry with the exception Motor Cycle and Tricycle whose drivers must tap their registered Staff Cards instead of the previously used white option cards for car park entry and exit.

With the cessation of the validity of white Option Cards, holders are advised to return it to the Estates Office as soon as possible to avoid causing the interruption of the system.

Please be reminded that the current arrangement of security check by tapping your EdUHK Staff Card at the University main entrances will remain unchanged.

各位同事：

停車場自動車牌識別系統運作試行期現已圓滿結束，系統讓已登記職員車輛 (電單車及機動三輪車除外) 通過自動識別進出A座停車場。

即日起，白色職員車場出入卡的認證功能將行取消，請相關同事盡快到物業處歸還白色職員車場出入卡，避免阻延車輛進出停車場。

同時，請留意現行在校園正門及車路入口進行職員證拍卡的保安措施仍將維持不變。
