Announcements

The Estates Office conducts a yearly survey to collect feedback from users on the key services provided. During the period of 3-20 January 2023, two separate online questionnaires were made available to staff and students respectively for gathering their views on the Office's performance in the year of 2022. A total of 198 valid responses were received (122 from staff and 76 from students).

In general, 96% of staff find our services "Acceptable", "Satisfied" and "Very Satisfied" while the figure for student respondents is 88%
