1. What are the operating hours of the UDSAI facilities?

The UDSAI facilities are open from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 22:00; Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

2. Who can use UDSAI facilities? How can I reserve a facility for use?

UDSAI facilities are open to EdUHK academic staff. Booking should be made in advance and are only available to EdUHK staff. For more details, please refer the Quick Guide for UDSAI new users.

3. Can I cancel my booking?

Booking can be cancelled. However, cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours prior to the starting time of your booked session. Otherwise, a penalty will be imposed.
