Booking of Facilities

Booking is on a first-come, first served basis. It should be made in advance and are only available to EdUHK staff. The research facilities of UDSAI are reserved for the research related activities only.

Please note that the booking procedures for the Experiment Rooms, Showroom and Testing Room (Venues: D2-P-07A, D2-P-07B, D2-P-07C, D2-P-07D, D2-P-07E) are different from those for the Meeting Room (D2-P-07F).
