Important notes
1. Some items can only be administered by qualified clinican such as speech language pathologist, educational psychologist etc. SEC will not bear any responsibility for any misuse or misconduct on using those items in an unauthorized way.
2. All items on List 1 are shared with MSc (ESLPLD) and MA (EC) students for clinical practicum. It is advised that colleagues should firstly check the availability with Ella (wwinglam@eduhk.hk). For items on List 2, colleagues should check the availability with Jacky (ckchao@eduhk.hk).
3. Loan quota for SEC staff is 3 items. Loan period is 15 working days with one renewal time. Further renewal will be considered case by case.
4. Colleagues who are in need of any item on the lists, please send email to Ella or Jacky with the specification of item code. Request will be handled ASAP.
5. Users are responsible to check if there is any damage or loss of parts on the item prior to loan. Any finding should be reported to Ella / Jacky at once by email. Users should take full responsiblity for any damage or loss of parts that induces repairment or replacement cost. |
