Learn學習

To learn means acquiring knowledge or skills through study or experience. Learning occurs in various contexts, such as in the classroom, through observation, trial and error, or experiential learning. It is an ongoing process that continues throughout one's life without ever stopping. Student Affairs Office provides training and facilitation to students, emphasising their personal capacities including social interaction, problem-solving, critical and creative thinking skills, as well as a global perspective, that allows students to apply academic knowledge to real-life experiential learning scenarios.

學習，能夠在不同的課堂、觀察、反覆試驗及體驗式學習等情境中發生，是一個持續通過不同經歷獲取知識和技能的過程。學生事務處為同學提供培訓和協助，強調創意、批判性思考、社交、解難及全球視野等個人技巧，協助他們將學術知識應用於生活層面上。

Serve服務

To serve means to provide assistance or perform a duty for someone or something. Serving often involves putting the needs of others before your own and working to meet their requests. Engaging in peer-to-peer interactions and community service can be a significant part of a student's growth. By participating in school and community service opportunities provided by Student Affairs Office, students develop a sense of responsibility and empathy for others, which can enhance their academic and personal development. Moreover, service to the community can foster a sense of belonging and purpose as students realise they can have an impact on the world around them.

服務，是指以使用者的角度爲先，為特定的群體提供協助，滿足他們的需要，從而貢獻社會。服務過程中的朋輩互動及服務元素是學生成長的重要部分。學生事務處為同學提供校內和社區的服務機會，培養同學對他人的責任感和同理心，繼而增強他們的學術和個人發展。此外，服務社區更可使學生認識到自己對社會及世界的影響力，從而培養其歸屬感及尋找個人發展方向。

Lead領導

To lead means to guide or direct a group or organisation, to be at the forefront of a movement or initiative, and to be in charge of a team or project. Leading often involves possessing different qualities required to achieve the objectives and goals of the project and oneself. Through coaching and facilitation, the Student Affairs Office instils positive values in students, equips them with skills and knowledge, enhances their leadership qualities, and helps them actualise their potential.

領導，是運用帶領者的不同的領導特質，帶領和指導一個團體、組織或完成活動及目標。學生事務處通過提供不同實踐機會，以及不同的培訓和協助，向同學灌輸積極正面的價值觀，讓同學裝備多元技能和知識及增強領導才能，發揮更大的潛力。
