Joint University Mental-wellness Project (JUMP)

 

Joint University Mental-wellness Project (JUMP) is a 3-year intervarsity project. It aimed to nurture and enhance students’ development through 6 domains of Positive Education (including Positive Emotions, Relationships, Purpose, Accomplishment, Engagement, and Health). Another goal was to increase the life satisfaction of students and strengthen their resilience in the face of life difficulties.

 

Workshops, camps, student-driven activities (i.e. mental-wellness festival and community project), and the Taiwan study tour, and an online international conference on “Diverse Practices in Positive Education” were conducted in August 2020.
