Get your emotion in motion

[Positive Education Series] “Get your emotion in motion” workshop

Self Photos / Files - Get you emotion in motion (1)

How do you feel lately? Emotional health does not mean staying happy all the time. It means when we are in different mental status, we can still perceive, express and manage our emotions properly.

Playing games to understand your emotions and foster your empathy, as well as nurturing your positive emotion are all covered in these workshops. It is possible to face new challenges with a good mood!
