Stepping into April, it is the end of Sem again, and oral presentations, homework, and exams are coming one after another.
[Flourishing@EdUHK] Chill Zone specially prepares Horticulture workshop and Stress management Talk by registered Chinese medicine practitioners for you, allowing you to relax, recharge your mind, and cope with all challenges.
In the Horticulture Workshop, you will learn the basics of plant care, and mix and match different materials to create your own unique ecological horticulture, enjoying a leisurely and happy artistic experience. Glass bonsai is easy to take care of and can be planted indoors. Greening the space can heal the soul and relieve stress at the same time.
Do you feel palpitations, insomnia, nervousness, and stress before oral presentations or exams? Registered Chinese medicine practitioner teach you the correct acupoint massage techniques, combined with relaxing deep breathing and seasonal food therapy, it can have a good effect of relieving emotions. Simple self-practice at home can help you reduce anxiety and anxiety during exam season.
