Dragon Beard Candy Workshop 龍鬚糖工作坊



Dragon Beard Candy, also known as "Silver Thread Candy," is a traditional food in Hong Kong. The technique of making Dragon Beard Candy has been passed down for thousands of years.  It has even been recognized as an intangible cultural heritage. However, this traditional craft is gradually being phased out, putting precious skills at risk of being lost.

In this workshop, you can experience how to pull and shape the sugar strands to create Dragon Beard Candy. Join us in preserving this cherished tradition of pastry-making skills.
